Q: How to Reach Customer Service

Q: Temporary Containers
A: Allied Waste offers temporary containers for any large projects you might have. These containers range in size from 10-30 yards and are perfect for remodeling, roofing and cleanup projects. Please contact Allied Waste for size availability and rates in your area.

Q: Placement & Holidays
A: To guarantee the best possible service, please place all materials out the night before your scheduled collection day. Additionally, if your collection day falls on or after a major holiday, your collection will be delayed by one day. These holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Q: Rubbish Removal
A: Allied Waste offers curbside, weekly trash collection service with the following options:
  • Cart Service
    We provide you the use of our 32, 64 or 95 gallon container for your weekly pick-up. Not all sizes are available in all areas, please contact Customer Service to see what options are available in your neighborhood.
  • Hand Pick-Up Service
    You provide your own container or simply place out bags of trash each week for collection.
  • Budget Bag Service
    You purchase our Allied Waste bags from local retail outlets and place them out for collection as needed. A small Service fee does apply, so please contact Allied Waste to establish this service.
Q: About Your Bill?
A: Your first bill or first billing following a service change may be higher than anticipated because it includes standard charges billed in advance for the first month of service.  
  • Paying Your Bill We can accept payments with check or money order forwarded in the provided envelope. Please allow seven to ten days for payment to process. We also offer pay-by-telephone and automatic payment services with the use of your major credit cards. We are no longer accepting payments at our local offices.   • Late Payments/Delinquent Accounts Payment is due no later than the PAYMENT DUE BY DATE printed on your invoice. Payments made without a remittance, or sent to an address other than the address on the remittance may be delayed. Accounts become delinquent thirty (30) days after the date of invoice. A late fee of $5.00 will be assessed to your account at this point. Should your payment become sixty (60) days past due, a second $5.00 late fee will be added to your account and the service will be interrupted. You will also be assessed a $20.00 service interruption fee which must be paid in order to reinstate the service.

  • Snowbirds/Beach-Goers If you are planning an extended absence (at least one (1) month) from your household, simply contact Allied Waste Services with your stop and restart dates. Call 877-MY-TRASH or email info@877MYTRASH.
